Stopped by Eylan for lunch and really enjoyed the experience. The lunch menu is excellent—highly recommend the paneer, which was incredibly flavorful and definitely a highlight. While the drinks were decent, the food is where this place truly shines. Finished off with dessert and it was a perfect way to end the meal.

Some unique dishes, but we thought it was mostly alright. Would probably come again to try more dishes. Service was decent and interior is pretty good. Definitely would expect more for the Michelin and the prices.

Everything except the hamachi carpaccio was good. The Yakhni pulao and the kebabs was especially amazing. The hamachi could have been fresher for a restaurant at this price point.

This is my 2nd time I have been to Eylan. First time I came here it was so good. But this time it felt like it was better than the last time. This Michelin ranked place is a good place The food First thing I had was the cured hamachi. That was probably the highlight of the food. Next I had was the seekh kabab and followed by the anaar singhi chicken. Then it was the best food I've ever had at Eylan. It was the lamb chops and then the Eylan crispy chicken. Overall it was delicious. Food was very expensive The atmosphere So it split it up into 3 parts. One left, one right,and one outside. I wanted to be seated on the right side. Outside the atmosphere was next level but I thought inside was better. We're seated outside The service I think the service was soooooo good and kind. They kept asking us "how was the food" and I thought it was nice of them.

From the same people that brought you Ettan, this place is another fantastic restaurant. The interiors are beautiful, there is covered parking in the building, and the service was great. The drink was pretty good and stiff. I had the fried chicken as an appetizer and was sold - it looked simple but the taste was fantastic - and the aioli went well with it. The lamb chops were succulent, with a good portion of ghee rice (ney choru) that reminded me of fresh home made ghee rice. The frozen Shrikand was sweet but ok otherwise - because the freezing took away from both the taste and joy of eating soft Shrikand. Fantastic experience overall.
